Our next regular TFOOTD contra dance will be Sunday, Dec 22nd at the Bayou Dance Club, 6541 102nd Ave N, Pinellas Park, FL. It will be our first time at another new alternative dance venue the TFOOTD board wants to try. Beginner instructions start at 3:30pm, with experienced dancers encouraged to help during that brief introductory period. The dancing then continues until 7:00pm, with additional instructions given as needed for moves that may be less familiar to newer folks.

It’s Back and Registration is Open!
Snow Ball 2025 was scheduled to take place the weekend of 24-26 January, 2025 at the Gulfport Casino. But due to severe damage sustained at the Gulfport Casino from the recent hurricanes, the availability of a suitable dance venue to replace the Casino was in doubt for this coming January. However, TFOOTD board members have secured an alternate venue, and not too far from the Gulfport Casino. Snow Ball 2025 will be taking place at Boca Ciega High School at 925 58th Street S in Gulfport, FL on those same dates. Snow Ball 2025 registration is now open, though it is also close to capacity. It is available on our website at floridasnowball.com, where you will also be able to view the latest update on its status.
